Opening an archive allows you to see its contents - the files and folders contained in the archive. You can then:

• Select individual files or folders to unzip
• View or edit the files in the archive
• Add files to the archive
• Remove files from the archive

To open an archive:

• Double-click on the archive in Windows Explorer / My Computer

or

• Click on the Open button on PowerZip's toolbar

or if you have opened that archive before

• Click on the arrow next to the Open button on PowerZip's toolbar and select the archive from the list of recently opened archives.
